The hotel rooms are spacious enough to fit at least 4 people and are clean, but some amenities were lacking. The service was welcoming and flawlessly hosted guests for a week, with some room for improvement in greeting style. The hotel's location in Gading Serpong is very good, near Summarecon Mall and great food options, offering reasonable pricing. The dining options ranged from very poor to quite awesome. The facilities provided were good overall.
